Design & Build Procedure
Vision
Alignment Call
You share your project details, location, photos, and goals.
Our team reviews your request and logs it into our project system.
We prepare a quick ballpark estimate based on the information you provided.
On-Site Assessment
After the budget is approved, we schedule a site visit.
We verify measurements, assess existing conditions, and finalize the project scope.
Presentation & Design Development
Our designers and engineers create your layout, design plan, and 3D visuals.
A detailed proposal with projected cost estimates is prepared for your review.
Design Refinement & Approval
We provide the complete design and proposal, allowing you to suggest revisions or modifications before approving the final plan.
Contract Signing & Construction Begins
When you’re happy with the plan and ready to move forward, we coordinate all materials, manpower, and equipment, and your Project Manager shares regular updates and progress photos so you can follow every step.
Completion, Walkthrough & Final Closeout
Once the project is finished, we review everything together.
Any remaining touch-ups are handled, and when you’re happy with the results, we complete billing and formally close the project.
